Terms of Service

Effective September 30, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Elevate Her Hoops Report ("Elevate Her," "we," "us") for the use of Recruit Board, including the website, the coach dashboard, the player form, player profile pages and the emails we send (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, submitting a form or paying for the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Recruit Board does

Recruit Board is a recruiting outreach service for high school girls basketball programs, currently serving schools in the Southeast. For each participating team we:

• collect player profiles through a team form or the coach dashboard;
• publish a player profile page for each player, or link to her existing Elevate Her profile;
• suggest the college levels that fit each player ("Level Fit");
• send a planned series of emails about each player to college coaches, signed by the high school coach; and
• provide a coach dashboard and a weekly report.

2. Who can use it

Team accounts are for high school coaches and athletic staff who are at least 18 years old. Player information may be submitted by a player who is 18 or older, or by a player under 18 only with the permission of a parent or guardian. The Service is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly accept information about players under 13.

3. Your account

We create each team account and give the coach a team code and password. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts players or college coaches at risk.

4. Your responsibilities as a coach

• Permission. Only add a player whose family has agreed to take part, and remove a player promptly if the family asks.
• Accuracy. Make sure stats, grades, measurables and evaluations are true and current to the best of your knowledge. College coaches rely on your word.
• Your name on the emails. You authorize us to send recruiting emails that are signed with your name and title and that list your contact information, and to direct college coach replies to you.
• Recruiting rules. You are responsible for following the rules of your school, your state association, and the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA that apply to you and your players.
• Respect. If a college coach asks not to be contacted, tell us or mark it on your dashboard and we will stop emails to that coach.

5. No guarantees

We work to get your players seen, but we cannot control what college coaches do. We do not guarantee any reply, evaluation, offer, scholarship, admission or roster spot. Level Fit labels and benchmarks are general guidance based on the information provided, not a scouting verdict or a prediction. Email delivery depends on college mail systems we do not control.

6. Fees and payment

• First year: $500 per team, which includes up to 10 players. Each additional player is $100 for that year.
• Renewal: $750 per team per year after the first year, on the same terms for players.
• How you pay: through a payment link we send (for example Square or Stripe). We do not store your card details. We never renew or charge you automatically; we send a renewal link before your renewal date.
• Refunds: if you ask within 14 days of paying and no college coach emails have been sent for your team, we will refund your payment in full. After emails begin, fees for the current year are not refundable. If we end the Service for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your current year.
• Unpaid teams: we may pause sending for a team whose current year is unpaid.

7. Elevate Her packages

Upgrades such as the Premium Profile Showcase and the Elite Illumination Experience are separate, optional packages. Requesting one from your dashboard starts a conversation; nothing is owed until the package, price and timing are agreed with you and the player's family.

8. Player information and content

Players, families and coaches keep ownership of the information, photos and film they submit. You give us permission to store, display and send that content to operate the Service, including publishing player profile pages and including profile details in emails to college coaches. You confirm you have the right to share the content you submit, including photos and film. We may remove content that is inaccurate, inappropriate or shared without permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send anything false or misleading, to harass anyone, to share someone's information without permission, to break any law, or to interfere with the website or other users.

10. Ending the Service

You can stop using Recruit Board at any time by telling us. We can end or suspend the Service for a team that breaks these terms. When a team ends, we stop sending emails for its players, and profile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, offers or scholarships.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and we will email team coaches about any significant change. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
